Return Policy

Lingerie is a very personal purchase, therefore our return policy is designed to ensure you find the perfect items while maintaining the integrity of our products.

a) All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving your order. A return processing fee of $10 will be applied to your refund. Returns may be processed for an exchange, store credit or refund.

b) Products must be in the same condition in which you received them. All returns must include original attached hang tags and packaging. Any returns missing these items will be refused. All items must be new, unused, unaltered and unwashed. If it is determined that the item was used, altered, washed or damaged a refund or exchange will not be granted.

c) In order to return your lingerie, please email us at info@averyroselingerie.com with your name, email, reason for possible exchange/return/store credit and order number. If it is determined that an exchange/refund/credit is warranted we will then issue you a printable pre-paid return label. Simply print this label and adhere it to your return box with items enclosed. Once we receive your package, we’ll process your refund, exchange or store credit.

d) All items are inspected prior to shipping so there should not be any damage or defects to your item(s). If you receive your item(s) damaged, please be email us directly at info@averyroselingerie.com .

e) All return items are shipped at your risk and will not be accepted if damaged. We recommend insuring your shipment against damages when shipping a return.

f) Only products purchased through www.averyroselingerie.com may be returned.

g) Sale items are final and cannot be returned.

h) Panties and thongs may not be returned due to hygienic reasons. Please make sure you choose the correct size when ordering.

i) All Swarovski items are final sale. No refunds. Store credit only.
